Founder, Publisher, & Editor, B Collective
Eliana Baucicault is a creative powerhouse. She has vision that spawns more vision and she is in constant pursuit of flawless details, fabulous brands and formidable outcomes.

Eliana is a native New Yorker and her personality is etched in the chase of making dreams come true, but not just her dreams; but also the dreams of those she plans events for and the dreams of those around her. However, after relocating to Georgia years ago, she has made the South her home. She obtained her Bachelors and Master’s in Business from Long Island University so she is well-versed in her craft. Coupled with creativity, she has positioned herself to be a master in the game of weddings and events.

Eliana began her career in Corporate America, but knew that entrepreneurship would be her end goal. While working at Bank of America, she assisted someone with planning a corporate launch and then planned another event, followed by another event, and as recorded in the movies, “the rest became history.” Since that time, EllyB Events was born and has evolved into not only a full design and planning firm, but it also houses additional business ventures.

In 2017, The B Collective Magazine was launched to address the growing need to showcase the work and talent of minorities in the wedding and events industry via the print market. Since that time, four volumes of the print publication have been distributed and the magazine has seen nationwide success.

Due to the success of The B Collective Magazine, in 2018, the vision for the B Collective Awards was birthed to recognize and honor the industry’s best and brightest. Again, addressing a much needed gap in the wedding and events industry, the B Collective Awards sought to bring the nation’s top men and women of color who currently create in today’s industry. In January 2018, the vision came to life and the Inaugural B Collective Awards was held in Atlanta, Georgia.

In 2020, Eliana furthered her brand even further when she launched the The BSpoke Podcast introducing her voice into the world. The podcast invites listeners on a journey discussing topics such as weddings and events, business tips and real world applications. In its short life, the podcast has already witnessed great prominence.

In her personal life, Eliana finds great joy in being a mother. She has one son, Xavier, who is currently a student at Georgia Southern University. While she seeks inspiration in everything, it is the times she spends with her son that bring her the greatest source of inspiration.

The EllyB brand will continue to grow and its primary purpose is to be a leader in this industry so that everyone can flourish and so that everyone can B inspired, B bold, B elevated and B celebrated. Eliana is simply blessed to B a part of it.
